There are rumblings in the Unit 187 camp
Aug 2024 08

After the singer and founding member Tod Law died of leukemia in 2015 things have understandably been quiet regarding the Vancouver industrial metal band Unit 187. Until now.

This heavy hitting project was founded by said Tod Law, and John Morgan. The line-up has shifted a bit throughout the years, and for the two latest albums Chris Peterson of Ohmelectronic, Front Line Assembly and Decree fame joined the ranks.

A first sign of new life is this new video for the song “Guilty Pleasures”, plucked from latest album “Out for Blood” (2010). However, we can also reveal that work has silently been done on new material. Some brand new, some older unfinished tracks, produced by Chris Peterson.

We’re working on an interview with the new incarnation of the band, which will be out when we get closer to release.
