Wolfgang Flür, ex-Kraftwerk, and Jack Dangers from Meat Beat Manifesto join forces

Well, this is a pretty interesting combo. A rather unexpected duo have formed between Wolfgang Flür (ex-Kraftwerk) and Jack Dangers from Meat Beat Manifesto. They have joined forces for a one-off single release in April.
It’s the British music magazine Electronic Sound that has brought them together to be given away to people who join their “Electronic Sound Music Club”. The single “Staying in the Shadow” is a clear vinyl limited edition with two mixes of the title track, one from each artist. Jack’s mix features Wolfgang’s voice, treated with the same vocoder as Kraftwerk used.
The single is strictly limited to 750 copies, 75 of which will be hand numbered, 25 of which will have the artwork hand screen printed to heavy stock art paper.
“Staying in the Shadows” is a promotion for Electronic Sound’s crowdfunding campaign for the music club, so if you’re interested head on to Kickstarter.
