Necro Facility won “best synth” at Manifest Awards

The annual Swedish Manifest Awards were held yesterday at Nalen, Stockholm. This award show celebrates independent artists and labels, often working fuelled by passion and creativity alone. Awards are given to such diverse genres as dance, rhythm, hip hop, jazz, folk, singer/songwriter, dansband (Swedish schlager-type music), experimental, rock, pop and of course synth.

This year’s winner in our beloved genre was Necro Facility who said they were shocked but happy.

- We really didn’t expect this, said Henrik Bäckström – 50% of Necro Facility. You might have noticed that we didn’t have a speech prepared, hehe. But it’s nice to win!
