Pet Shop Boys visit “Elysium”

In September we’re getting a brand spanking new album from Pet Shop Boys. They shocked us all when they turned to Kanye West producer Andrew Dawson, but as witnessed by the new song “Invisible” the PSB sound is still there. If I’m correct though, “Invisible” is not the single, but rather an album teaser track. A proper single is due out in the beginning of July, but no more word on that so far.

The album “Elysium” was recorded in Los Angeles during three months, and PSB has this to say:

- We wanted to make this album in a different environment. Despite frequent visits there we have never made an album in Los Angeles. Working there with Andrew Dawson has enabled us to make a very fresh-sounding album.
