Linea Aspera broke up six years ago, but are still one of the most talked about minimal wave / synthpop acts. Following a lost recordings release, Zoè Zanias and Ryan Ambridge have brought Linea Aspera back to life.
They just posted ”Hey, we’re back!” on social media, together with a tour announcement with the following dates:
November 30 Brussels, December 6 Paris, January 10 Glasgow, 11 London, 17 Prague, 18 Leipzig with more dates to be announced.
In June this year, Dark Entries celebrated their 10 year anniversary with “Preservation Bias”, a compilation of lost Linea Aspera recordings.
Since the end of then-London-based Linea Aspera, Zanias has released critically acclaimed music in Keluar and solo in Berlin, and she’s also busy with a record label, DJ:ing and remixes.
