As we’ve established, Rhys Fulber from Front Line Assembly, Delerium, Conjure One et al is a busy bee. After releasing albums with both FLA and Noise Unit this year, he’s back with a new solo album.
The upcoming album is called “Brutal Nature” and is inspired by his move back from LA to a small town outside Vancouver, closer to nature. Here he pondered the juxtaposition between brutalist architecture, humanity and nature, the basis for “Brutal Nature”.
The album comes out on November 26 and features 10 tracks of hard electronics, but this time with more ambience and vocal textures. Plus, a riveting finisher in “Stare at the Sun” with Sara Taylor from Youth Code on vocals, moving slightly more into EBM territory.
