are working with their new album called "Harmonizer". The first single
from it will be "Until the End of the World", and you can hear a short
demo version on the bands web page. Those of you who watched APB play live at
Electric Gathering in Stockholm have already heard the track in full,
and it stays true to the established APB sound.
The album arrives on February
18, and the single on January 7. An extensive tour of both Europe and USA in
support of the new album is also planned already, and will start on February 12. /Johan

Busy days for Haujobb's Daniel Myer
Daniel Myer (left) and Dejan Samardzic (right) of Haujobb.
• Since Haujobb's new album "Polarity"
has just been released, we wanted to know what more was going on in the land
of Haujobb and mastermind Daniel Myer. When asked about his feelings on the new album, he says:
- I am proud of the songs I wrote. I am also proud of that we are still able
to create something new, something fresh.
The new album sees a change of style once again, and Daniel continues:
- The change is based on two individuals, who has worked in a band with music for ten years. We always try to please ourselves, but we also need to please our
fans and with our last records, we lost a lot of our fans.
He goes on to say that he hopes there will be singles released from the album, but it
is up to their label Metropolis. Right now Daniel is in the US, but
when he comes back to Europe he will start planning a tour.
As usual, Daniel has been busy recording for his side projects, and an album with his
solo project Clear Vision (formerly known
as Cleaner) is now in the mastering process
with a projected October street date.
A round up of some of the other Myer projects looks like this: Architect, album at the end of the year, S'apex in the beginning
of next year, and Dots & Dashes also
next year.
H_M_B is yet another project, this time
together with Victoria Lloyd from Claire
Voyant, and Dennis Ostermann
from In Strict Confidence. According to
Daniel, they make pretty harsh music with lovely melodic, dreamy vocals. The songs
on www.MP3.com shows a more commercial
side.
Furthermore, we hear that Daniel Myer's companion Dejan Samardzic
has left the music business.

themselves up in the studio for 72 hours and tried to put their feelings into music.

("Aus der Traum" being the first), and it can be downloaded in CD-quality from their web site. /Jens Krause

New Depeche Mode single includes unreleased song...
• "Freelove", the third Depeche Mode single from "Exciter", is moved to November 5. It will be released in two CD and one DVD edition.
It will feature a "Radio Mix" version by Flood, along with the new instrumental extra track
"Zenstation". Other known remixers for the single include Deep Dish and David Bascombe. A tentative track listing for "Freelove" CDBONG32:
1) "Freelove" (Flood Radio Mix)
2) "Zenstation"
3) "Zenstation" (Atom Stereonerd Mix).
"Zenstation" is an instrumental track, but incorporates a vocal harmony performed by Martin Gore. The "Flood Radio Mix" of "Freelove" includes a different drum loop, and a few other effects, but overall, the track stays true to the original version. /Jesper Lakman (Uselink)
