IN STRICT CONFIDENCE
ZAUBERSCHLOSS
MINI ALBUM BLOODLINE RELEASE: NOVEMBER, 2000 REVIEW: NOVEMBER 24, 2000
|
This limited edition mini album from the one of the leading German EBM bands, In Strict
Confidence, is packaged in a pleasant digipak. I hate the standard jewel
case so this cheers me up.
There are eight tracks on "Zauberschloss" of which four are different mixes
of the title track. The version by the popular L'âme Immortelle is not
especially strong. The best version, however, is
the extended. There is also a "Stern v2.0", which
doesn't reach as high as the original. The remix of "Weltuntergang" is good
though. All original versions are available on the "Love Kills!" album.
There are also a couple of new avarage songs here, but they offer nothing special.
To sum up, I would like to say that this is decent stuff. However: buy the "Love Kills!" album and the side project Controlled Fusion's latest album "Patient Zero" first.
