Vocalist in established synthpunk outfit Alice in Videoland, Toril Lindqvist, has been composing music since the band decided to call it quits. Now she has teamed up with The Girl & the Robot mastermind Magnus Norr to create a brand new project: Le Volt.
Debut single “Dance” will come out this Friday. They describe themselves as a “mixture of Ladytron, La Roux and Vive La Fête, with a love for the eighties”. A full album will follow later in the year.
