The classic debut album “Forever Young” from German synthpop band Alphaville will get a fancy new vinyl box set rerelease in March.
The box set will include the 35 year old album remastered from the original master tapes, as well as this:
- All 7″ versions, some of them digitally unreleased
- All single B-sides belonging to the album
- All 12″ versions
- All demos that were recorded in the studio in Münster between 1983 and -84 in preparation of the final production
- A 24 page book with photos, texts and more
- A DVD including a conversation with producers Colin Pearson and Wolfgang Loos and cover art designer Ulf Meyer zu Kueingdorf about the album’s production
