American synthpop duo Iris confirms split

After a lot of successful albums together, Reagan Jones and Andrew Sega – aka synthpop duo Iris – decided to go their separate ways earlier this summer.

Their label has now officially confirmed the split and say caused by personal differences. Dependent will still work on releasing physical reissues of classic Iris albums, of course with the consent from the members. The first of these is due out next year, complete with exclusive commentary and bonus material. Jones and Sega will pursue other project.
