Melotron is on the move again

Interdictor is a new Swedish industrial band consisting of Henrik Sundberg (Russia) and Christian Granström (Sweden). They have just released a EP called “Noumenon” and the sound is described as a mix between Interlace, Front Line Assembly and Decoded Feedback.
The Swedish electro legend that is Covenant is soon back with new material. The new album is called “Leaving Babylon” and is set for a September release on Dependent Records.
The never sleeping Daniel Myer and Dejan Samardzic have begun recording a new Haujobb album, to coincide with the bands 20th anniversary in 2013. The album will be called “Blendwerk” and when we get more information we’ll let you know. [more...]

Electropop duo Kite returns with “V”

Sticking to their tradition of only releasing EP:s, Swedish electropop duo Kite soon returns with their fifth EP, fittingly called “V”. Reports say that this is some of their best material yet, and the first taste available below – “The Rhythm” – does indeed sound bloody brilliant. [more...]
Alison Moyet has been working on a new electronic album for a while, together with Guy Sigsworth – a talented dude who has worked with Björk, Madonna, Goldie, Seal and Kate Havnevik among many others. He was also one of the members of Frou Frou, together with Imogen Heap. The album is called “The Minutes” and comes out on May 6.
It seems like only a short while ago we got the album “Elysium” from The Pet Shop Boys. And now they’re releasing a new album called “Electric” in June, produced by Stuart Price. The teaser below hints of a nu-italo sound, and a much more upbeat approach than “Elysium”. [more...]
