Alison Moyet has been working on a new electronic album for a while, together with Guy Sigsworth – a talented dude who has worked with Björk, Madonna, Goldie, Seal and Kate Havnevik among many others. He was also one of the members of Frou Frou, together with Imogen Heap. The album is called “The Minutes” and comes out on May 6.
Sticking to their tradition of only releasing EP:s, Swedish electropop duo Kite soon returns with their fifth EP, fittingly called “V”. Reports say that this is some of their best material yet, and the first taste available below – “The Rhythm” – does indeed sound bloody brilliant. [more...]

The organizers behind the festivals Electronic Summer and Winter in Gothenburg – Depeche Mode Party – have decided to bring back Electronic Summer after careful consideration. 8 bands will perform at venue Brewhouse during 2 days: August 30-31. There will also be a opening & pre-party on August 29.
