Alison Moyet mostly left her electronic synthpop days behind when Yazoo called it quits in 1982 (although she toured with Yazoo not so long ago, of course). A very succesful solo career then took her to the charts again, and right now she’s in the studio with Guy Sigsworth who has written for Björk, Madonna and Britney Spears amongst others. [more...]

Gary Zon is working diligently on new Dismantled material, and we get to hear some new stuff on September 7, via Dependent. The EP is called “Whole Wide World” and besides the title track and remixes it will also feature a new song called “Deal” with guest vocals by Nero Bellum from Psyclon Nine.
