After the Arvika festival is no more, it seems Emmabodafestivalen takes on more of “our” music in Sweden (even though they have booked interesting names in the past).
Sonar is back in 2012 with four festivals spread across the globe – Barcelona, the main festival, running between June 14 to 16 will feature such artists as Hot Chip, Modeselektor, Richie Hawtin, Squarepusher, Austra and Mouse on Mars, while two inaugral events in two different continents will be added to the 5th installment of Sonar Tokyo.
An astounding number of electronic/industrial/dub bands have submitted remixes for black metal band Morbid Angel’s remix album “Illud Divinum Insanus – The Remixes”.
