Electronic music represented at the Grammys

Though the Grammys 2018 featured all of the acts you might typically consider as winners of such awards, there were actually, and maybe surprisingly, some Release-worthy winners.

In between the songs which went to the likes of Bruno Mars and Kendrick Lamar, LCD Soundsystem and Kraftwerk had the chance to taste Grammy glory.

LCD Soundsystem won “Best dance recording” for their  track “Tonite”, while Kraftwerk scooped the award for “Best dance/electronic Album” with the collection “3-D The Catalogue”. They won a lifetime achievement award four years ago.
