The industrial punk collective known as Pigface comes back live with a long list of artists after 14 years.
Ringmaster Martin Atkins has brought some new faces in this incarnation of a legendary band with reportedly over 300 alumni. New artists announced include Mary Byker (Pop Will Eat Itself, Gaye Bykers on Acid), Lesley Rankine (Silverfish, Ruby), Curse Mackey (Evil Mothers), En Esch (KMFDM), Dirk Flanigan (77 Luscious Babes), Bobdog Caitlin (Evil Mothers), Bradley Bills (Chant), Greta Brinkman (Moby, Druglord), Charles Levi (My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult) and Orville Kline (Porn and Chicken) with drummer Atkins as the core live band.
The 15 date tour begins mid-November 2019 with mostly USA club dates starting in Cleveland on the 15th and rapidly concluding at Chicago by the 30th.
Special guests will appear for limited dates on the tour, such as Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe (Nov 15th-19th) and Gaelynn Lea (Nov 15th-16th, Nov 25th-30th).
The only non-US date is at Toronto, with Pigface onstage guests Fallon Bowman (Kittie, Pigface), Ali Jafri (Ariel) and Jimi Lamort (Malhavoc). Opening most dates are Rankine’s project Ruby, and folk singer and violinist Gaelynn Lea. This tour will feature unique surprise appearances to enrich the high energy sets.
Since the 2016 Pigface 25 milestone, Atkins has been selling advice for those hungry to have a career in the music business – through speaking engagements, classes and books, along with the occaisional DJ set.
