The new version of Swedish band Priest have fired up a fundraiser via Gofundme to support the process of their third album called “Body Machine”.
Produced once again by Simon Söderberg (previously in Ghost), it will feature a harder and rawer sound than its predecessors. At the time of writing the funding goal of 70 000 Swedish kronor ($8400) has just been reached so expect the album to become a reality. No dates or releases are announced as of yet.
However, their European tour with countrymen Tukt is scheduled for November and December.
Former Priest vocalist Tom Åsberg is now in the new band Brides of the Black Room.
