London venues will host a week-long festival of events to celebrate the electronic music of Belgium this month, starting this weekend.
The festival, to be called Belgium Booms, will run from tomorrow (Saturday October 5) to the 12th, and will feature live acts, film screenings, and of course club nights, which will cross the spectrum of electronic music to come out of the country. Acts will include such legends as Glimmers (at Corsica Studios), a showcase of Kraak Records (Cafe Oto) and Lefto, and will feature a variety of musical styles, including leftfield, techno and EBM.
