The legendary Puk studio near Randers in Denmark has been destroyed in a fire.
The studio was not in use and all gear had been removed. But during it’s golden years, Puk was a state-of-the-art studio that attracted some of the world’s greatest stars including Elton John, Gary Moore, George Michael, Judas Priest and last but not least, Depeche Mode. Swedish bands (and DM fans) Kent and The April Tears also used Puk, well aware the role Puk played in Depeche Mode’s career.
